Marketing your property
Once confirmation of your instruction has been received, one of the Apple London team will take pictures and a detailed description of your property. We will then take time to present your property accurately ready for viewing on our Website by thousands of prospective applicants.

Solicitors
We advise that you find a solicitor as soon as you start marketing your property as once you accept an offer on your property we will need to send out the relevant paper work straight away. At this point you will need to instruct your solicitor to work in your behalf with prospective exchange and completion dates agreed by you and the purchaser..

Viewings
Viewings can take place at your discretion. Just let us know when would be suitable for you. We will try our best not to inconvenience you or your current tenants giving notice when required. If you prefer to leave Apple London in charge of your keys we will be happy to look after them ensuring your privacy and security is maintain.

Offers
Once we receive offers on your property we will do our best to inform you straight away and negotiate on your behalf.

Sale agreed
Once you have agreed on the purchase price you will need to instruct your solicitor and agree on Exchange and Completion dates with your purchaser. Apple London will do their best to keep you informed of the sale of your property along with your solicitor.

Providing information
Any information you can provide for your purchaser along the way will be useful in speeding up the sale. There maybe questions that arise during searches, such as service charge past this on to your solicitor as soon as possible.

Exchange
Once all preliminary enquires and searches have been carried out you are ready to exchange. The purchaser will have transferred cleared funds over to their solicitors (usually around 10% of the purchase price) and then the purchaser solicitor will transfer it to your solicitors. Both you (the vendor) and the purchaser will need to sign contacts.

Completion
This is the final stage in the sale of your property usually set about a few days to one week after exchange. The remainder of the monies will be transferred over to your solicitors account.
