Our Apple London valuing team are proficient at valuing properties in both sales and lettings. Just book an appointment and generally we can visit you within 48 hrs. It is helpful at this stage to provide us with as much information as possible about your property to give accurate values.

Marketing your property
Once confirmation of your instruction has been received, one of the Apple London team will take pictures and a detailed description of your property. We will then take time to present your property accurately ready for viewing on our Website by thousands of prospective applicants.

Safety Regulations
As a landlord you have an obligation to ensure that your property complies with all the necessary regulations. Covering safety of Gas appliances and an up to date ‘Gas safety certificate’ covering the whole period of the new tenancy agreement.

All furnishings should be up to fire safety regulations and all electrical appliances in good working order. If in doubt Apple London can arrange to have a Gas safety audit done for you at a standard cost which will provide you with the relevant documents legally required when renting your property, please contact us.

Viewings
Viewings can take place at your discretion. Just let us know when would be suitable for you. We will try our best not to inconvenience you or your current tenants giving notice when required. If you prefer to leave Apple London in charge of your keys we will be happy to look after them ensuring your privacy and security is maintain.

Finding a Tenant
At Apple London we aim to find you the best possible tenants for your property. We have thousands of applicants browsing and registering every day looking to find the perfect home. Once we have found a tenant they are referenced on your behalf using a certified credit agency. This will determine if your tenant is acceptable for your property or not. Reports will be forwarded to you where you can make a final decision.

Inventory
An Inventory is recommended when renting your property, which forms an agreement between you and the tenant on the contents and the condition of your property, prior to the commencement of the tenancy. This is supplied by the Landlord, alternatively Apple London can arrange for an Inventory Clark to visit your property at an additional cost please contact us.

Tenancy Agreement
Apple London has a comprehensive tenancy agreement, which we are happy to provide as part of our service. We will draw up the contract outlining any additional or specific terms and conditions required. The agreement is then signed by all parties involved and forwarded to you.

Rent and Deposit
Apple London will collect the initial moving in monies on signing of the tenancy agreement. We will forward the deposit to you and also copies of the agreement and relevant paper work. We will also set up a standing order form on your behalf for future monthly rental payments to your account from the tenants.

Moving in
Once all the relevant paper work is signed and monies collected we will hand over the keys to your new tenants. We recommend that you take the opportunity to meet your new tenants.
